Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, planning, and/or replenishment management.
- Direct Target experience is required.
- CPG industry experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with forecasting tools is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter approach.
- Willingness to travel 15% of the time (less if located in Minneapolis).
Responsibilities
- Own inputs to internal forecast system (Vividly) and monthly forecast reviews.
- Manage Target and Aldi monthly pacing trackers on gross sales.
- Execute purchase orders (POs) and handle item catalogue maintenance.
- Monitor customer replenishment and weekly inventory levels (WOS).
- Analyze Target POS and SPINS data to identify headwinds, risks, and opportunities.
- Support deduction and spoils management in partnership with Accounts Receivable.
- Collaborate with Business Analytics, Operations, Marketing, and eComm teams on promotional lifts and item-level forecasting.
