- 2+ years experience with payroll tax filing software (MasterTax preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRA regulations and payroll compliance
- Advanced understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall client delivery and satisfaction in Canadian tax filing services
- Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and resolve issues
- Educate clients and provide subject matter expertise in Canadian payroll tax filing
- Mentor, coach, and manage team members to support performance
- Lead or support the development and communication of SOPs
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement process improvements using metrics
