Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical operations, business analyst, or analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying modern warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and flow/object configuration.
- Python proficiency for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively across U.S.-based teams.
- Strong analytical and ownership mindset.
- Experience managing rates in a GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or rate-driven industries is a plus.
- Exposure to BI tools like Looker, dbt, or building production data models is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own rate loading inquiries and tickets from triage through resolution.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex rate discrepancies across supply systems including GDS and direct-loaded content.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to validate rate accuracy and surface coverage gaps.
- Build Python scripts and automations to streamline audit workflows.
- Maintain and extend Salesforce-based reporting and workflows.
- Develop dashboards covering rate quality, coverage, and operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate rate signals into actionable interventions.
