Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Go or Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows using n8n or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and structured data formats (JSON/XML).
- Experience with SQL.
- Basic frontend knowledge (e.g., Bootstrap HTML) is a plus.
- Strong Git/GitHub workflow experience.
- Ability to design and document system architecture and integration flows clearly.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, including RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) is a plus.
- Exposure to platforms such as Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service tools is desirable.
- Experience in MSP/ITSM environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go or Python, ensuring scalable and reliable system performance.
- Build and optimize automation workflows using tools such as n8n, including scripting with JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
- Design and implement API integrations (REST, JSON/XML, webhooks, OAuth) between internal systems and third-party services.
- Process and transform data from multiple sources such as emails, APIs, webhooks, and external systems.
- Contribute to AI/LLM-based solutions including chat agents, prompt workflows, and document processing systems.
- Document system architecture, data flows, integration logic, and technical specifications.
- Monitor and improve automated processes such as vendor updates, ERP synchronization, and operational workflows.
- Support backend data operations such as inventory updates and system synchronization across platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable integrations.
