Job Details

Strong experience in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or equivalent).
Proven experience working with AWS and cloud-based architectures.
Strong analytical background, ideally in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, or similar quantitative fields.
Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities and fast delivery cycles.
Good understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, and system design.
Instrumental English proficiency for reading documentation and collaborating in technical contexts.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Build and optimize APIs and data-driven services that support financial products and large-scale user operations.
Work extensively with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar), ensuring data integrity and efficient querying.
Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions on AWS, supporting scalable and resilient system architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and well-structured codebases.
Contribute to system design discussions and help evolve backend architecture aligned with product growth.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure platform stability.
Optionally support frontend code reviews (React) and Node.js components when needed.
