Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in banking/insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience growing a client base.
- Proven track record as a sales professional.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to analyze sales data and business reports.
- Demonstrated territory management and business planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Adobe platforms is an asset.
- Familiarity with banking, investment, and insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and expand internal and external advisor relationships within a specified territory.
- Conduct high-volume outreach to Financial Advisors to educate on and drive adoption of specialized lending products.
- Create and execute comprehensive quarterly and yearly business plans to meet sales and activity goals.
- Assist advisor partners with application preparation, service cases, escalations, and resolution of issues.
- Analyze sales data, Book of Business, and AUM reports to support forecasting and strategy.
- Coordinate territory events, marketing campaigns, webinars, and lead management initiatives.
- Mentor new team members and share best practices across business units.
