Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or systems administration focused on Microsoft productivity technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Purview, Copilot).
  • Experience leading Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, and cloud transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, retention policies, eDiscovery, and information protection.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and cloud identity technologies (SAML-based federation).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and governing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering user training, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design modern productivity solutions.
  • Lead and deliver Microsoft 365 projects, including implementations, migrations, governance initiatives, and user adoption programs.
  • Configure, deploy, and support technologies such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Build automation solutions, workflows, dashboards, and business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Provide technical guidance, escalation support, and subject matter expertise to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, best practices, and training materials.
  • Facilitate user training and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption.
  • Participate in peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and service delivery model development.
