Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
- Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, including database testing and end-user support (preferred).
- Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and delivering operational recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a flexible, results-oriented approach.
- Healthcare market experience (preferred).
- Must be able to travel up to 30% to customer sites and for regional meetings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal implementation liaison documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setup.
- Conduct detailed business discovery to develop delivery recommendations that drive customer outcomes.
- Execute system configuration setup while ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
- Assess implementation plans, manage stakeholder communication, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Maintain training databases for new product releases and identify configuration improvements.
- Lead, influence, and support customer change management and user readiness strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to proactively manage project risks, timelines, and escalations.
- Develop expertise across multiple product offerings and provide on-site customer leadership when required.
