Requirements

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.

- Ability to travel for in-person training.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, building and managing detailed project timelines.
- Deliver proactive, client-friendly communication at every stage.
- Coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams.
- Own and execute data migration workflows including cleansing, validating, transforming, and importing data.
- Conduct product training and presentations for transportation directors and other stakeholders.
- Guide clients through change management.
- Continuously explore AI tools and automation to streamline processes.
