Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial financial analysis.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for building complex models and large dataset manipulation.
- Strong business acumen to translate data into strategic insights.
- High attention to detail for managing contract terms and critical dates.
- Ability to work remotely in a private HIPAA compliant workspace.
- Ability to maintain broadband internet access with at least 24 mbps download and 4 mbps upload speeds.
- Ability to house company equipment at a home office.
Responsibilities
- Refine pricing models used by the Sales team and evaluate deal profitability to optimize margins.
- Serve as the primary administrator for contract data within Zoho CRM, maintaining pricing tiers and renewal dates.
- Lead the annual price adjustment process and manage CPI escalators to ensure revenue growth.
- Perform monthly calculations for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and track performance trends.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including documentation and expiration tracking.
