Requirements
- Previous experience successfully managing professional social media channels
- Ability to independently turn ideas, trends, or bulleted lists into polished content
- Highly capable of using modern AI tools for brainstorming and workflow efficiency
- Raw skill to write and design original content without over-reliance on AI
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and design standards
- In-depth understanding of content performance on LinkedIn versus Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Proficiency in modern design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/social schedulers is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Responsibilities
- Ideate, write, and visually design original, engaging social media content tailored specifically for LinkedIn and Meta
- Create professional, eye-catching visual assets and graphics that align with our brand identity
- Write compelling, clean social copy and hooks that drive engagement, comments, and shares within the healthcare and recruitment communities
- Conceptualize and script cohesive social media campaigns designed to promote our services and open recruitment roles
- Monitor platforms, lean into social engagement, and interact with our community to build brand loyalty
- Assist with scheduling and tracking content deployment
