- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Edit podcast episodes and long-form video content including multi-camera and talking head formats.
- Produce short-form clips and highlights for social media distribution.
- Enhance videos with data overlays and visual elements.
- Adopt AI-powered tools for content creation.
- Research property and finance trends to develop a content calendar.
- Create static graphics, thumbnails, and carousel posts.
- Manage publishing and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
