Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Paddle’s Ideal Customer Profile, core use cases, and value propositions.
  • Manage a healthy territory of high-fit accounts.
  • Proactively generate conversations via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, video, and region-specific channels.
  • Convert engagements into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
  • Partner with marketing to collaborate on in-person and virtual events.
  • Use modern AI-powered tools to personalise outreach and improve performance.
  • Manage and prioritise time to consistently meet and exceed targets.
