Requirements
- Solid recruitment experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game development roles and hiring markets.
- Experience hiring software engineers and/or artists at scale in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working directly with Hiring Managers.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback and extending offers.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across engineering, art, and other game development functions.
- Actively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Lead and support employer branding initiatives and other HR-related projects.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices.
