Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, distributed environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust with hiring teams.
Ability to quickly understand new roles, technologies, and hiring requirements.
High level of persistence, organization, and results-driven execution.
Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Comfort working in remote, async-first, globally distributed teams.
Strong adaptability and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and refine hiring strategies.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and market research.
Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel performance to optimize sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.
Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and structured follow-ups.
Conduct structured candidate screenings and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
