Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for financial operations and business process workflows.
- Manage and streamline the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle and invoicing schedules.
- Maintain meticulous trackers, ensuring real-time visibility into project spend versus forecasts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and financial compliance.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with partners and ensure all logistics are covered.
- Prepare and distribute clear agendas and capture key takeaways from meetings.
- Support projects from kickoff to completion, keeping timeline on track.
