  • Exceptional ability to develop account plans and grow customer wallet share.
  • Advanced business acumen with comfort in ROI modeling and manufacturing economics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and structured account strategy documentation.
  • Commitment to 40-50% travel for customer sites and executive meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large, transformational accounts to drive multi-year expansion and revenue growth.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and C-suite relationships.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points on the factory floor.
  • Translate technical AI and automation capabilities into ROI-driven business value propositions.
  • Execute full-cycle sales including prospecting, discovery, demos, business case development, and negotiation.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to refine sales strategy and provide field feedback.
