- Deep operational knowledge of plant operations, supply chain, or capital equipment decisions.
- Mastery of complex, multi-stakeholder strategic selling and navigating long deal cycles.
- Exceptional ability to develop account plans and grow customer wallet share.
- Advanced business acumen with comfort in ROI modeling and manufacturing economics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and structured account strategy documentation.
- Commitment to 40-50% travel for customer sites and executive meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large, transformational accounts to drive multi-year expansion and revenue growth.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and C-suite relationships.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points on the factory floor.
- Translate technical AI and automation capabilities into ROI-driven business value propositions.
- Execute full-cycle sales including prospecting, discovery, demos, business case development, and negotiation.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to refine sales strategy and provide field feedback.
