Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise account hunting experience selling to organizations with 3k+ employees.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding accounts in competitive environments.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex sales cycles with average deals of $100k+.
  • Proven consistent performance exceeding quotas or ranking in the top 5% of sales organizations.
  • Experience in an early-stage, startup, or underdog company environment.
  • Technical competency in security, email, cloud, and AI domains.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell security solutions to defined enterprise territory to meet or exceed annual recurring revenue quotas.
  • Manage enterprise accounts (>3k mailboxes) throughout the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data and results within sales systems including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Represent the customer perspective to internal product, marketing, and sales engineering teams to facilitate deal closure.
