Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience, with a strong track record in enterprise-level deals.
- Proven success selling into large organizations (2500+ employees), ideally targeting marketing and sales leaders.
- At least 2+ years of experience in MarTech or related SaaS domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and performance benchmarks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value, ROI, and impact of lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Self-motivated, structured, and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM and virtual selling tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Webex).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing large-scale deals.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans targeting enterprise organizations (2500+ employees).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline by actively engaging key decision-makers and expanding relationships across accounts.
- Lead complex sales processes, coordinating internal stakeholders and aligning solutions to customer needs.
- Deliver compelling value-based presentations, demonstrations, and business cases to senior executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales engineering, customer success) to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to strengthen sales strategy and differentiation.
