Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
- Ability to build pipeline independently, ideally in a founding or early-stage environment.
- Strong experience selling into large enterprise organizations with complex stakeholder structures.
- Background in Voice AI, conversational AI, contact center technology, or CX automation is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months) with multiple decision-makers.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven business cases.
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements.
- Highly disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-facing presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate net-new enterprise pipeline.
- Identify and qualify large organizations with complex contact center operations.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline coverage (3–4x quarterly target) through structured outreach and networking.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Develop value-based business cases focused on ROI, cost reduction, and CSAT improvement.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including CX, IT, procurement, and C-level executives.
- Manage enterprise processes including RFPs, security reviews, and legal negotiations.
- Support post-sale relationships on strategic accounts for long-term expansion.
