  • 15+ years of experience in investor services at a fund administrator.
  • 10+ years of experience leading managers, including building and scaling multi-tiered leadership organizations.
  • Deep operational expertise across the investor lifecycle (LP onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity, treasury, CRM, investor portal).
  • Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes enterprise client engagements with direct executive-level accountability.
  • Experience owning organizational design, including building structures, roles, and processes for a growing business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and operate quality assurance programs to surface operational risk and drive accountability.
  • Comfortable operating across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real asset fund structures in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong executive presence with the communication skills to operate with sophisticated clients, leadership, and distributed teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability translating operational metrics into strategic action.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and maintain high standards in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end accountability for Investor Services delivery across a portfolio of the firm's largest and most complex client relationships.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Directors and their globally distributed organizations spanning investor onboarding, AML compliance, treasury operations, CRM administration, and investor portal delivery.
  • Design and execute the organizational structure, staffing model, and capability roadmap required to support significant new business volume.
  • Build and maintain a rigorous quality assurance framework across Investor Services defining standards, audit mechanisms, and feedback loops.
  • Serve as an executive escalation point and proactive thought partner for key enterprise clients.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Fund Accounting, Customer Success, Sales, and Compliance.
  • Lead workforce planning, including headcount modeling, geographic footprint decisions, and succession planning.
  • Establish and own the KPI framework for Investor Services to inform executive-level decision making.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve automation, workflow efficiency, and controls in high-volume processing areas.
  • Represent Investor Services in firm-wide strategic discussions.
