Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in an agency, in-house, or startup setting.
- Strong writing skills to draft clear, on-brand emails, texts, and campaign assets.
- Experience or high aptitude for using email and campaign management platforms such as HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable conclusions, and measure outcomes.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns across 4+ programs concurrently.
- Collaborative communication style for working with internal teams and external brand partners.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with a preference for hands-on, build-it-yourself work.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where processes may need to be defined.
- Experience in insurance or fintech is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize policyholder campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints from activation through renewal.
- Manage the campaign loop end-to-end: coordinate content calendars, draft communications, create assets, and report on key results.
- Ensure campaign performance translates into measurable program growth across various embedded insurance verticals.
- Monitor and improve evergreen lifecycle touchpoints based on performance data and leadership feedback.
- Align with brand partners to coordinate co-marketing calendars and support new partner launches.
- Tailor brand marketing kits for partners and manage company social media activity.
- Provide logistics support for partner-hosted events and attendee updates.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, asset creation, and campaign ideation.
