- Ideally, 1 (one) or more years of post-residency clinical work experience in Psychiatry, but we will consider recent graduates

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completed a Psychiatry residency program, including rotations in Primary Care.
- Active and in good standing license to practice medicine in at least one of these states: Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas.
- Active DEA number.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry.
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude for EHR and practice management platforms.
- Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT and DBT.
- Experience with psychopharmacology and medication management.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting.
- Telehealth or telemedicine experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 50 patients per week.
- Deliver care via a telehealth platform.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and session notes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical training, and quality improvement projects.
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and peers.
