🔍 Tele-behavioral Mental Health and Well-being
- Masters Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Massachusetts.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- PMHNP-BC: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified.
- Active DEA License in good standing.
- At least one(1) year of post-licensure experience with a solid competence in practicing Psychotherapy.
- Experience with various psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.).
- Experience in outpatient settings and telehealth.
- Proficiency with EHR software.
- Provide excellent quality clinical care on a consistent basis that exemplifies Rivia Mind’s culture and values.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage various modalities with proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices.
- Coach patients on health management and help with positive behavior changes.
- Counsel and provide crisis intervention for patients.
- Maintain a weekly average standard of 50 patients.
- Participate in training and supervision groups.
