Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new agencies, including contract execution and background review.
- Handle offboarding tasks such as contract termination and revoking system access.
- Maintain agent data, including license updates, demographic changes, and product authority adjustments.
- Process data entry requests related to commission schedules and appointments.
- Ensure compliance with department procedures and insurance regulations.
- Provide customer support by managing a queue of work items to meet service levels.
- Identify system defects and provide support for system testing.
