Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Account Management, revenue-focused Customer Success, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of driving or closing expansion revenue.
  • Experience managing recurring revenue accounts in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and complex deal cycles.
  • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or DFARS frameworks.
  • Experience working with government contractors or regulated industries.
  • Ability to translate technical and compliance concepts into business value.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client compliance roadmaps.
  • Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average revenue per account (ARPA).
  • Lead renewal and expansion deal cycles, including pricing and positioning.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) tied to compliance progress and account growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful client journeys.
