Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Account Management, revenue-focused Customer Success, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of driving or closing expansion revenue.
- Experience managing recurring revenue accounts in MSP, SaaS, or professional services environments.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and complex deal cycles.
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or DFARS frameworks.
- Experience working with government contractors or regulated industries.
- Ability to translate technical and compliance concepts into business value.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client compliance roadmaps.
- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average revenue per account (ARPA).
- Lead renewal and expansion deal cycles, including pricing and positioning.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) tied to compliance progress and account growth.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful client journeys.
