Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
  • 7+ years supporting financial services, IT, and insurance clients.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
  • Proven experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs.
  • Experience building and leveraging sales automation systems and AI for outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on vision, strategy, and goal execution.
  • Must be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current recruitment trends.
  • Available to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a healthy P&L with the existing portfolio of accounts within the Direct, SOW, and MSP space.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to open new doors and acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management on new growth initiatives and programs.
  • Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in partnership with the proposal team.
  • Conduct regular onsite client visits and attend networking events to foster relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for all current clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
