Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
- 7+ years supporting financial services, IT, and insurance clients.
- 5+ years of experience working with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
- Proven experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs.
- Experience building and leveraging sales automation systems and AI for outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on vision, strategy, and goal execution.
- Must be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current recruitment trends.
- Available to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage a healthy P&L with the existing portfolio of accounts within the Direct, SOW, and MSP space.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to open new doors and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with senior management on new growth initiatives and programs.
- Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in partnership with the proposal team.
- Conduct regular onsite client visits and attend networking events to foster relationships.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for all current clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
- Stay current on industry trends and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
