- Manage a portfolio of client accounts with responsibility for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client compliance roadmaps.
- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average revenue per account (ARPA).
- Lead renewal and expansion deal cycles, including pricing and positioning.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) tied to compliance progress and account growth.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful client journeys.
