Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance.
- DoD IAT Level II certification (such as Security+).
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or on-prem Kubernetes distributions (RKE2, K3s, OpenShift).
- Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub.
- Ability to travel 10%-25% for on-site training and support.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures, including networking, RBAC, and storage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for technical customer support.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage UDS environments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-prem for government-backed commercial vendors.
- Build and maintain custom UDS packages and application-specific modules.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules for environment provisioning.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, including troubleshooting and on-call support.
- Develop and deliver technical training content through remote and on-site sessions.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of UDS deployments.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve deployment processes.
