Requirements
- Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment.
- Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners.
- Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models.
- Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement.
- Experience leading or developing partner-facing teams, or clear readiness to step into leadership.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment where structure must be built.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence externally at senior levels.
- Data-driven approach to managing performance, pipeline, and partner contribution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Auvik’s channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth.
- Identify and prioritize key partner segments including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Build and evolve the partner program to improve scalability, clarity, and engagement.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of partner managers.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability, and performance metrics across the channel organization.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners to unlock new revenue streams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on go-to-market strategies.
