Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, professional services, or solution architecture roles
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record in pre-sales leadership, including discovery, solution design, estimation, and SOW creation
- Strong experience supporting complex, multi-cloud, or large-scale transformation deals
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and executive stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops, strategy sessions, and deal clinics
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solutions
- Strong commercial acumen, including deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and executive-level presentations
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience mentoring or leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce) are strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic pre-sales engagements, including discovery sessions, “Vision to Value” workshops, and executive alignment discussions
- Partner with account executives to shape deal strategy, solution design, and commercial positioning
- Translate customer objectives into clear, outcome-based roadmaps, business cases, and implementation approaches
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including architects, strategists, and subject matter experts to validate solutions
- Drive early qualification of opportunities and apply disciplined go/no-go decision-making to prioritize high-value deals
- Develop scalable pre-sales assets, frameworks, and reusable tools to accelerate deal velocity
- Ensure solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities, mitigating risk and supporting smooth transition to implementation teams
- Contribute to pipeline growth, booking acceleration, and customer satisfaction through high-impact advisory work
