Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Proven experience developing partner marketing plans and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working closely with sales, channel, and partner organizations.
  • Experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience within the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem is preferred.
  • Familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to pipeline, revenue, and GTM objectives.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing programs.
  • Support planning and execution of regional events, including partner events, roadshows, webinars, and customer events.
  • Drive partner-led demand generation and support co-marketing activities with strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, forecast spend, and analyze campaign performance metrics like ROI and pipeline influence.
  • Serve as a marketing advisor to sales leadership and collaborate with global marketing teams on best practices.
