Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven experience developing partner marketing plans and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong collaboration skills for working closely with sales, channel, and partner organizations.
- Experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience within the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem is preferred.
- Familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region aligned to pipeline, revenue, and GTM objectives.
- Partner with regional sales leaders, account teams, and partners to identify growth opportunities and create targeted marketing programs.
- Support planning and execution of regional events, including partner events, roadshows, webinars, and customer events.
- Drive partner-led demand generation and support co-marketing activities with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, forecast spend, and analyze campaign performance metrics like ROI and pipeline influence.
- Serve as a marketing advisor to sales leadership and collaborate with global marketing teams on best practices.
