Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including managing complex processes from lead generation to closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support partner success.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage pipelines and sales data.
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and asynchronous environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams by addressing complex inquiries and offering best practice insights.
  • Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and perform accurate forecasting for direct referrals and partner revenue.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions for partner teams on products and objection handling.
  • Own the Slack sales support channel and serve as the primary contact for partner sales inquiries.
  • Ensure timely deal closure and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
  • Iterate on the role framework and develop strategic plans for partner revenue and automation.
