Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct EOS sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B coaching/consulting sales experience
  • Ability to articulate specific sales results, including deal size, cycles, and quota attainment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace and Google Sheets
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and sales support
  • Capability to manage 50+ active prospects concurrently in a pipeline
  • Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and warm referral strategies
  • Fluency in professional English with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfort and experience communicating directly with business owners and executives
  • Ability to work with overlap during US business hours

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a clean, active, and measurable CRM pipeline
  • Identify and qualify prospects across investment firms, incubators, and franchise brands
  • Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and referral outreach
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial contact to booked sessions
  • Follow up consistently with leads to ensure opportunities do not die from neglect
  • Support the principal by preparing proposals and managing administrative sales tasks
  • Report weekly on key metrics including outreach volume, conversations, and bookings
