Requirements
- 2+ years of direct EOS sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B coaching/consulting sales experience
- Ability to articulate specific sales results, including deal size, cycles, and quota attainment
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and Google Sheets
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and sales support
- Capability to manage 50+ active prospects concurrently in a pipeline
- Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and warm referral strategies
- Fluency in professional English with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfort and experience communicating directly with business owners and executives
- Ability to work with overlap during US business hours
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a clean, active, and measurable CRM pipeline
- Identify and qualify prospects across investment firms, incubators, and franchise brands
- Execute outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and referral outreach
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial contact to booked sessions
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure opportunities do not die from neglect
- Support the principal by preparing proposals and managing administrative sales tasks
- Report weekly on key metrics including outreach volume, conversations, and bookings
