- Proven track record in generating qualified leads.
- Strong senior-level experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Experience engaging C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of retained or contingent search sales.
- Ability to design strategy and build systems independently.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style.
- Nice to have: Experience in Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, or VC sectors.
- Nice to have: Experience building outbound processes from scratch.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, or HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Define ideal client profiles across Web3, crypto, blockchain, and private capital companies.
- Design and refine a scalable, repeatable outbound approach from scratch.
- Craft and execute personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
- Engage and qualify founders, partners, and C-level stakeholders.
- Build systems, workflows, and processes for sustainable lead generation.
- Track hiring trends and market expansion activity to identify prospective leads.
- Analyze response data to iterate and optimize messaging strategies.
