  • Ability to design strategy and build systems independently.

  • Nice to have: Experience in Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, or VC sectors.
  • Nice to have: Experience building outbound processes from scratch.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

  • Define ideal client profiles across Web3, crypto, blockchain, and private capital companies.
  • Design and refine a scalable, repeatable outbound approach from scratch.
  • Craft and execute personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
  • Engage and qualify founders, partners, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Build systems, workflows, and processes for sustainable lead generation.
  • Track hiring trends and market expansion activity to identify prospective leads.
  • Analyze response data to iterate and optimize messaging strategies.
