Requirements
- 7+ years of total professional experience.
- 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or outbound lead generation experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or clients.
- 3+ years in commercial landscaping, property management, construction, or related service-based B2B industries.
- 2+ years in a role with high-volume weekly outbound activity targets.
- Proven success managing 100+ outbound sales touches per week.
- Proficiency in building prospect lists and identifying decision makers across multiple properties.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or pipeline management tools.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- Must be available during core U.S. business hours.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage high-volume prospecting.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists by property type, ownership, and management company.
- Identify and research decision makers, including property managers and asset managers.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with onsite estimators and sales staff to ensure proposals are delivered within 72 hours.
- Implement a 'cold quote' system by proactively estimating maintenance contracts for potential clients.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking all touches, quote status, and bid cycles.
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports to track progress toward signed contracts.
