Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical/IT staffing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record of building or significantly growing a staffing book of business.
  • Deep familiarity with full-cycle recruiting for software development and engineering roles.
  • Experience with modern sourcing and recruiting technology including ATS, CRM, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Working knowledge of contingency search fee structures and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business development instincts with the ability to initiate and close client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Experience launching a recruiting practice or division from scratch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and account management for IT and software development staffing engagements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategy for the staffing division.
  • Build and manage a recruiting tech stack including ATS, CRM, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
  • Establish sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles such as ML/AI, software development, and engineering leadership.
  • Negotiate fee structures, MSAs, and contract terms with clients.
  • Track pipeline, revenue, and placement metrics for agency leadership.
  • Hire, train, and manage additional recruiters as the division scales.
  • Partner with internal leadership and delivery teams to align staffing services with agency offerings.
