Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience to Federal Systems Integrators and the Defense Industrial Base.
  • Existing C-level relationships (CIO, CISO, business development) at accounts such as Lockheed Martin, RTX, Leidos, Northrop Grumman, Peraton, SAIC, and Boeing.
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity, identity, threat intelligence, or related technology solutions.
  • Fluency in the FSI/DIB ecosystem, including teaming, prime/sub relationships, contracts, RFPs, and task orders.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform both direct and channel/sell-through sales motions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Executive presence with consultative, value-based selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to assigned accounts and industry events.
  • Washington, D.C. metro residence.
  • Active Top Secret clearance or ability to reactivate a clearance held within the last 24 months is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Carry the quota and manage pipeline and forecast for an assigned portfolio of Federal Systems Integrator and Defense Industrial Base accounts.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligning business and security priorities with SpyCloud's solutions.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder and multi-month sales cycles for direct enterprise sales.
  • Identify and source pull-through opportunities in which assigned accounts carry SpyCloud to government end users via contracts, RFPs, and task orders.
  • Cultivate and expand trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and business development leaders.
  • Engage cross-functional teams including solutions engineering, channel partners, product, and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and apply structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
