Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in a marketplace, B2B SaaS, or tech-enabled platform targeting SMBs.
- Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and growing mid-market accounts.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term account value.
- Proficiency in both hunting for new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- Confident in building relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.
- Data-driven approach to using CRM and platform data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize lapsed or underperforming enterprise accounts and build tailored reactivation strategies.
- Prospect and develop new relationships with jewelry retailers across the US.
- Represent Nivoda at trade shows, industry events, and face-to-face with key accounts.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding through to sustained revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews, share platform updates, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Build multi-contact relationships within accounts to deepen platform footprint.
- Analyze platform data and buying behavior to identify growth levers and commercial opportunities.
- Shape the enterprise sales playbook and collaborate with product and operations teams.
