  • Ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt new products into customer business strategies.
  • Experience planning and delivering business reviews with favorable results.
  • Ability to lead customer onsite meetings.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal Sales organizations.
  • Travel up to 40% annually.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with high-value, strategic clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle and pipeline of high-intensity projects to ensure growth and retention.
  • Help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes integrating Podium's platform.
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot client obstacles, and design creative solutions to meet goals.
  • Plan and deliver regular business reviews to demonstrate platform value and ROI.
  • Lead customer onsite meetings as required.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Sales organization.
