- Ability to quickly learn and adapt new products into customer business strategies.
- Experience planning and delivering business reviews with favorable results.
- Ability to lead customer onsite meetings.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with internal Sales organizations.
- Travel up to 40% annually.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with high-value, strategic clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
- Manage the customer lifecycle and pipeline of high-intensity projects to ensure growth and retention.
- Help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes integrating Podium's platform.
- Analyze performance, troubleshoot client obstacles, and design creative solutions to meet goals.
- Plan and deliver regular business reviews to demonstrate platform value and ROI.
- Lead customer onsite meetings as required.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Sales organization.
