Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or accounting advisory.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Experience working with enterprise companies.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in close, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Confident communication skills for both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership and accountability for execution and customer experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with enterprise clients is a plus.
  • CPA or related professional accounting certification is preferred.
  • Experience with FloQast or other close management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to uncover pain points and consult on financial transformation best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and account optimization to increase retention and expansion.
  • Maintain deep product expertise and communicate roadmap enhancements to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including Sales, Implementation, and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders through regular business reviews.
  • Lead virtual and in-person executive meetings to mitigate churn and drive expansion.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics such as churn and net revenue retention.
  • Mentor new team members through shadowing and coaching.
