Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or accounting advisory.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
- Experience working with enterprise companies.
- Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on experience in close, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Confident communication skills for both accounting and non-accounting stakeholders.
- High level of ownership and accountability for execution and customer experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with enterprise clients is a plus.
- CPA or related professional accounting certification is preferred.
- Experience with FloQast or other close management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to uncover pain points and consult on financial transformation best practices.
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and account optimization to increase retention and expansion.
- Maintain deep product expertise and communicate roadmap enhancements to customers.
- Collaborate with internal partners including Sales, Implementation, and Product/Engineering teams.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders through regular business reviews.
- Lead virtual and in-person executive meetings to mitigate churn and drive expansion.
- Forecast and track key account metrics such as churn and net revenue retention.
- Mentor new team members through shadowing and coaching.
