Requirements

  • 5+ years of technology SaaS experience at the enterprise level.
  • Proven experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal departments.
  • Experience driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong skills in account management, sales, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with tools including Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Self-driven mindset with a focus on ownership and results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and guide deal closure.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize value while strengthening customer relationships.
  • Act as a product evangelist, demonstrating Zip platform capabilities to address current and future customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with management to provide accurate renewal status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices as a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team.
  • Manage multi-year contracts to ensure consistent value realization for enterprise customers.
