Requirements
- 5+ years of technology SaaS experience at the enterprise level.
- Proven experience selling to procurement, finance, and legal departments.
- Experience driving customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for enterprise accounts.
- Strong skills in account management, sales, and customer service.
- Proficiency with tools including Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on ownership and results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and guide deal closure.
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize value while strengthening customer relationships.
- Act as a product evangelist, demonstrating Zip platform capabilities to address current and future customer pain points.
- Collaborate with management to provide accurate renewal status updates and escalate issues when necessary.
- Develop playbooks and best practices as a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team.
- Manage multi-year contracts to ensure consistent value realization for enterprise customers.
