Requirements
- 12+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale.
- Experience in applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles.
- Hands-on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction, and strategy.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners like Product and Data Science teams.
- Proven ability to act as a hands-on contributor who writes and contributes code.
- Strong communication skills with experience working across teams and organizations on technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams including design, product marketing, and prototyping to envision guest-host communication experiences.
- Envision and build a scalable foundation for reaching hosts through notifications.
- Explore ways to uplift the partner integration platform leveraging advanced AI technology.
- Understand how key technical decisions drive business outcomes and deliver platforms that improve delivery.
- Perform design and code reviews while advising and mentoring other engineers.
