Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Full-stack experience building modern database-backed (SQL/NoSQL) web applications.
- Experience with microservice development.
- Extensive experience operating as a principal or lead architect for a major product domain.
- Hands-on experience driving all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the overarching Technical Individual Contributor Leader for the entire Provider organization.
- Set the technical roadmap and establish engineering standards.
- Drive high-impact initiatives spanning all teams within the Provider domain.
- Operate as a strategic technical partner to the Senior Director.
- Lead all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, specing, execution, and post-launch maintenance.
- Influence engineering direction and product strategy across multiple stakeholders.
- Mentor other engineers, review architectures, and establish design patterns.
