Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in engineering, architecture, or design consulting environments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams on mission-critical or highly technical infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
- Experience delivering projects through all phases of design and construction support.
- Technical understanding of data center infrastructure, critical power, mechanical cooling/HVAC, and ICT systems.
- Proficiency with Revit, ACC / BIM 360, Revizto, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of BIM and multidisciplinary design coordination processes.
- Submit resume in English.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with hyperscale or enterprise data center projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary design teams consisting of Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Structural, BIM/VDC, and Architectural professionals.
- Manage all project phases from proposal development and kickoff through design completion and construction support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project financial performance, including fee utilization, invoicing, and change management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure deliverables comply with QA/QC standards and industry best practices.
