Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior experience in congress engagement, KOL and stakeholder management, and event project planning.
  • Proven experience navigating event approval workflows within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to balance pharma regulatory compliance and legal review processes with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated technical dexterity in configuring and testing event apps and onsite technology.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with a service-driven mindset.
  • Ability to influence and escalate effectively to resolve project hurdles and delays.
  • Frequent travel required (20% to 40% of time).
  • Availability to work out-of-hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and education event projects.
  • Build, configure, and launch live engagement apps using the SpotMe Backstage CMS.
  • Manage customer and senior stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onsite technology including interaction tracking, iPads, and badge printers.
  • Train faculty, field sales teams, and booth staff for seamless event execution.
  • Analyze event data and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
