Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
- Mid-level experience at a senior level in systems integrations or CRM implementations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, preferably with formal training.
- Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development organization is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English and French at a business level.
- Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans that meet stakeholder needs and deliver outcomes within budget.
- Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary resources.
- Create and manage project budgets reflecting scope and resource requirements.
- Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, resolve unclear briefs, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Analyze project performance, manage risks, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
