Requirements
- 3-4 years leading multi-project portfolios or large multi-workstream programmes in data collection, content operations, or annotation.
- Background in contributor capacity planning, vendor management, and quality systems.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI tools.
- Experience with data collection platforms, contributor management systems, and annotation tools.
- Familiarity with data submission, validation workflows, and session operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex workflows in a remote environment.
- Clear communication skills with senior clients and internal leadership.
- Strong judgment regarding scope, time, cost, and quality trade-offs.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment and define structure.
- Experience coaching junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run a portfolio of DC projects end-to-end, setting priorities, milestones, and handoffs across time zones.
- Forecast and secure contributor capacity across modalities, locales, and project types.
- Partner with the Quality team to ensure consistent application of acceptance criteria, rubrics, and audits.
- Manage DC vendor relationships within established SLAs and playbooks.
- Build and track project and portfolio budgets, burn, and margins.
- Coach junior DC PMs and coordinators on delivery, QA, and operational tools.
- Lead portfolio-level planning and client reviews, managing escalations and scope changes.
- Ensure data handling, consent, PII, and Info Sec policies are followed across all workstreams.
