Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 7+ years of project lifecycle management and 5+ years of Agile (or 5+ years of project management and 7+ years of Agile)
- Professional experience with SDLC, Waterfall, and Kanban
- Strong technical understanding of application architecture
- Advanced English proficiency for business tasks, justification, and self-presentation
- Proven ability to work full-time remotely with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated reliability and adaptability to project onboarding
- AI domain experience is considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Launch projects from scratch and define application architecture
- Manage the full project lifecycle for various startup clients
- Communicate directly with technical and product-focused stakeholders
- Deliver project results in a fast-paced startup environment
- Collaborate asynchronously or with minimal time-zone overlap
