Job Details

7+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate, or a related technical environment.
Post-secondary education in business, engineering, architecture, or project management.
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, scope definition, and technical documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience working with contractors, architects, and external partners in a client-facing capacity.
Familiarity with project management tools and construction-related documentation practices.

Manage and support multiple construction and development projects across different phases, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Define project scope, develop schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and constraints.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Lead and document weekly project meetings, maintain accurate project records, and ensure consistent reporting and documentation standards.
Oversee procurement activities including vendor RFP coordination, contractor negotiations, and subcontractor management.
Monitor financial and administrative aspects of projects, including invoicing, reporting, and project tracking updates.
Support team development, contribute to process improvement, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and governance standards.
