Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate, or a related technical environment.
- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, architecture, or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, scope definition, and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with contractors, architects, and external partners in a client-facing capacity.
- Familiarity with project management tools and construction-related documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple construction and development projects across different phases, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Define project scope, develop schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Lead and document weekly project meetings, maintain accurate project records, and ensure consistent reporting and documentation standards.
- Oversee procurement activities including vendor RFP coordination, contractor negotiations, and subcontractor management.
- Monitor financial and administrative aspects of projects, including invoicing, reporting, and project tracking updates.
- Support team development, contribute to process improvement, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and governance standards.
